Professional Board Representation
We use our experience and knowledge in the health care field to advise and represent clients in responding to complaints and investigations initiated by professional licensing boards. We focus our efforts on gathering evidence and presenting our client’s position to defend their actions and maintain the integrity of their ability to practice their chosen profession. Among others, we provide representation before boards such as the Texas Medical Board, the Texas Board of Nursing and the Texas Boards of Physical and Occupational Therapy Examiners.
